Frozen and
aseptic berries

Freezing is an optimal way of preservation such perishable goods as berries. Up to 98% of minerals and vitamins are preserved in the frozen berries. Technology of fast freezing does not provide using flavours, colouring agents and preserving agents, that is why the frozen berries are not only delicious and useful, but also quite safe products even for baby’s food. Besides, berries can be stored at temperature -18˚C foe 1 year without losing any useful substances.

Berries  freezing  is done in the tunnels of deep freezing. The technology of fast freezing allows preserving not only the external form of the products, but also taste, flavour and useful properties which are maximally close to the fresh berries.
